Armstrong County Appraisal District has 2 seat positions open for the Appraisal Review Board for the tax year of 2025.

The Appraisal Review Board is a board that is not affiliated with the Appraisal District. This board is here to serve for the best interest for the tax payers. This is a paid board and we usually meet between 2-3 times a year. If you are on another board that pertains to one of our tax entities, then you will not be able to serve on this board. As a potential applicant, you MUST not have any delinquent taxes. We have applications at the Appraisal District for anyone who has lived in the county for at least the past 2 years and who would be interested serving on the Appraisal Review Board.

Applications are sent to the District Judge for review and appointment to the Board. Applications MUST be turned in by 5:00 PM on Thursday January 2, 2025.
